Weekly Workout Sumary - 5/12/13

Work got in the way of the workouts this week.  Big Time.  Was on the road all day Tuesday and Wednesday.  Tried to fit some stuff in when possible.

Tuesday

AM: Push-ups, jumping jacks, abs, dumbell rows
PM: 2 sets of pull-ups, 2 sets dips, mowed the lawn

First pull-ups in a few weeks due to elbow inflammation.  Felt good.  15 & 13 reps.

Wednesday

AM: 6 sets of the Bear.
PM: nothing.  Got home at 10:15. 

Thursday

AM: 3 rounds of the following complex: squats, military press, upright rows

Friday

Pull-up time!  3 sets unweighted (12, 11, 10 reps), 6 sets of 3 reps with 30 lbs., 4 sets of 15 dips

Saturday

Warm-up squats and pressing
Push presses: 6 reps @ 136, 5 reps @ 146, 3 reps @ 150, 3 reps @ 156 (rep PR), 3 reps @150, 5 reps @ 136.
Hang Pulls: 7 reps @ 120, (3) sets of 7 reps @ 130.
