Workout Summary 5/5/2013

Coming off a de-load week with a little PR. 

Bear - 3 reps @ 70lbs.

Squat to Press - 10 reps @ 90

Hang Clean to Front Squat to Press - 5 reps @ 106

Power cleans - 7 reps @ 130

Push Press - 6 reps @ 130, 5 reps @ 140, 3 reps @ 150

Clean & Press - Single @ 160, (2) singles @ 166, Single @ 170 (PR)

Deadlifts - 10 reps @ 170, 10 reps @ 190 (2 sets)

Closing in on the bodyweight clean and press. Currently about 181 lbs.
